I was at a bellydance workshop in Calgary by the famous Nath Keo. Having never worked with a male bellydancer before, I wasn’t sure how it would be, but I can’t sing Nath’s praises highly enough: he is an AMAZING dancer, a fantastic teacher, a really nice guy, and just an absolute pleasure to watch. I wish I had a video of the hip-hop-esque dance he did as his second performance just so I could demonstrate to everyone that male bellydancing does NOT have to look feminine!

I adore Nath Keo! He was a featured performer at my International Bellydance Conference of Canada in 2008 and he was a favorite of everyone there. Beautiful dancer, artist and person!
